Hello,

Another couple weeks, another update.

Programming:

- Finished the special inventory system that appears later in the game

Writing:

- I've been reworking H-scenes. Ever since I decided to go all in on the doujin style, I've been reworking a lot. I've been storyboarding like crazy. This past week I reworked the intro H-scene, and started making storyboards for that.

The intro scene isn't just more porn. It's meant to hook the player while also setting up the story and giving some context to Tanya (protagonist), the game world, and the basic plot/character motivations.

I'm really happy with how it's coming along, and I think it's even better than the original concept!

Art (Animation):

Originally, the BGs were static images. They looked nice but felt a bit lifeless. I've began to animate lights and other small details in the background to make them pop a bit more.

More art stuff:

One of the cutscene in game shows an image of a character looking through binoculars. The design of the binoculars doesn't match the style in the BG where the scene is supposed to be taking place, so I edited the BG to match better.

Other: 

My new PC is up and ready to rock! I'm still organizing my workspace to fit in the new PC (I'm still using the old one,) but it's got the needed software and it's ready to use. 

Plans:

My plans for this next week are to make serious programming progress, possible finish the intro rewrite and storyboarding, and get artists started on more H stuff.
