Hey all! Time for another update before the year ends and holidays make everyone busy.

I've been hammering away at the current chapter for months now. It's a lot like setting up Dominos. You create little set pieces around the work area and make sure they will fall down as planned. Afterward, you link these bigger set pieces together with straight lines or random curves to make it look nicer. Except, sometimes you add too many curves, or the set pieces don't mesh properly with one another. So yeah. I'm in that 'linking' phase right now. I'm making sure everything flows together nicely, I'm adding new dialogue to help better connect story events, etc. It can be a slow process, but it's important that it's done with care, especially if I want the game to function as intended.

As I'm finishing up the home stretch of coding and scripting, I'm also working on h-scenes. By far, these are going to be the most difficult part. Rather than delivering these scenes in a standard visual novel format, we are working tirelessly to deliver something really interesting and unique to the genre. It's going to take a lot more work, but I'm sure the end result will be worth it. That's all from me this time. Now please enjoy some more character intros!

Arika:

The owner, founder, and official mascot of the successful snack cake company Little Sweeties. Arika's reputation was destroyed, and the Little Sweetie brand image was permanently tarnished after some spicy photos leaked online featuring Arika engaging in various lewd acts, while in full costume. The company tanked overnight and Arika faded into obscurity. People still wonder if there were more than just pictures to be seen...

Chef N: 

Leon Napo was your run of the mill chef until he went blind from a cooking accident in his early years. His dedication and cybernetic eye implants allowed him to persevere. Chef N. is now a famous celebrity chef, and he's opening a brand-new establishment in Neon City!

Su: 

Veteran of the Food Wars, this sassy chef is a no-nonsense kind of woman. Her cooking is top notch, her work ethic unparalleled, and her dedication to her craft is unmatched. She should rightfully have her own restaurant or bakery but works under Chef N by choice. She idolizes his perseverance and dedication to the art of cooking and is always seeking his approval.

Likes: Sweet things, Competent People

Dislikes: People who can't cook, Stupidity

Booty King: 

Chuck "Booty King" Vee is a man of many talents, but the value of said talents is quite questionable. This wannabe influencer struggles to hold on to the fame he received from an old viral video. He can often be seen sculking about, trying to make content. BK is a bit shameless in his pursuits, but you have to admire his hustle, right?

Likes: Fame, Booty

Dislikes: Work, Effort

Kitsune Queen:

In a world where adult entertainment meets streaming, knowing how to monetize is EVERYTHING! In that regard, Kitsune Queen is a goddess. She's in a public relationship with Booty King, but everyone knows that it will only last for as long as she can milk it for popularity.

Dislikes: Useless People, Broke Boys

Dealer: 

This mysterious woman can be found lurking around Neon City, pedaling her wares. Her homemade concoctions are so well-known, they can even be found in stores! It's hard to say just how effective or safe her pharmaceuticals actually are, but she gets REALLY upset when you question her talent.

Likes: TV shows about meth, chemistry

Dislikes: Haters
